You can call, email, or text your schedule changes. You will also be able to make updates in the customer portal.

We will follow up with a quote and schedule a meet and greet. We can then confirm your schedule and provide loving care to your pet.

Once we set up your account, you will receive login information to our customer portal.

The pet sitter and walker will use their best judgement to keep everyone safe. We will let you know if there are schedule changes.

No, we do not do training. We work closely with trainers and can provide excellent referrals for you.

Yes, Paw Treasures is insured and bonded. We recommend you always make sure your pet sitters are insured and bonded.

Yes, we have a lot of experience administering medications.
